Fixed price Completion Service
Assuming you have agreed terms for the new lease with the landlord we can provide the necessary services to deal with:
- Checking the new lease;
- Completing the new lease;
- Registering the new lease;
- Liaising with your lender (i.e. bank or building society, if you have a mortgage) (and/ or dealing with a ‘deed of substitution’ to transfer your mortgage to your new lease), if your transaction has been negotiated outside of the statutory framework.
Total cost £775 (inclusive of VAT and disbursements, other than lenders’ fees) for premiums of up to £20,000 negotiated ‘outside’ of the statute, or £875 (inclusive of VAT and disbursements, other than lenders’ fees) for premiums of up to £20,000 negotiated inside the statute – provided that not more than 3 months have gone by since the date of the landlord’s counter notice at the time you submit your form.
